Don't Respond to Unsolicited Phone Calls
A new phone scam has targeted customers of area financial institutions. People have received phone calls from an automated voicemail message asking them to verify account information.
The scammers are attempting to gain the information to take money from the people who respond to them. Do not give away any account information if you receive a similar request.
