Don't Sign Arbitration Agreements
When car shopping at a dealership, ask if the dealer requires an Arbitration Agreement.
This legal document takes away the buyer's rights if they have any problems with
that dealership. These agreements are new and are being used at about half the dealerships
in the U.S. If the dealer requires this agreement, shop elsewhere.
