Recent Vishing Scam Alert

We've recently been notified by multiple members that they have received phone calls that are part of a vishing scam. The call plays a recording which states, "This is your Credit Union. Your card has been deactivated. Please enter your card number, PIN and 3-digit security code."

If any of you have received a call like this and have released your information, please contact UW Credit Union's Loss Prevention department at 800-533-6773, ext. 2677. Please remember that we would never initiate a call in which we would request this sort of information. Please contact us with any questions you may have.
