Automatic Deposit Transfers
Modify or Cancel a non-Web Branch Transfer:
To modify or cancel a transfer that you didn't set up in Web Branch, use the Fax or Mail method below.
Web Branch (Preferred Method)
The best way to have funds transferred from one savings or checking account to another on a regular basis is through Web Branch. Transfers can be made between two UW Credit Union accounts, or may involve an account at another financial institution using the External Transfers option.
To Schedule a Transfer in Web Branch:
- Log in to Web Branch
- Visit the Transfers & Payments tab.
- Click "Schedule Transfer" in the blue transfers section.
To Edit or Stop a Scheduled Transfer:
Once your transfer is scheduled, you can view and/or edit the transfer at any time in Web Branch.
- Log in to Web Branch
- Visit the Transfers & Payments tab.
- Use the Transfer Activity section to view, edit or cancel your transfers.
Fax or Mail
If you don't have Web Branch access, use the printable form below. We will transfer the funds according to the schedule you specify. Transfers scheduled via fax or mail will not be available to view or edit in Web Branch.
