Web Alerts are account related email messages sent automatically from Web Branch according to the settings you choose. Many of them come to you in real-time so you can stay on top of your accounts and important dates to help you better manage your accounts. You can even enjoy the convenience of receiving Web Alerts as text messages on your cell phone. Read on to find out more about the specific alerts you'll be able to receive.

Web Alerts are a free service provided with Web Branch access.

• Overdraft Alert

  Didn't realize that your overdraft protection had kicked in? Get a message when it does, and save money by paying it off sooner.

• Member Newsletter

  Get details on emerging industry trends or the latest fraud scams. Learn how to improve your finances and save time. Receive special offers available only to UW Credit Union online members. You can expect to receive only educational and time-sensitive topics once per month.

• Balance Notice Alerts

  Avoid surprises and manage your accounts better. Specify the high or low-balance threshold upon which you want to be notified.

• Bill Due Reminder

  Receive convenient notifications just before your UW Credit Union bills become due. Avoid any late payment penalties, and build a good credit history.

• Personal Reminder

  Never again will you forget that important birthday or anniversary. You can even use a personal alert to remind yourself to shop, pick up your dry cleaning, or any other task. Use it for home or office tasks you do once or routinely.

• Secure Message Alert

  If you're not a daily Web Branch user, several weeks may go by before noticing you have a secure message. Secure messages are email notices sent within Web Branch to convey vital information. Sign up for a secure message alert, and we'll send you a message anytime a new message is posted.

  We can be the extra set of eyes on your UW Credit Union Visa® credit card account activity. We can inform you when payments are due, your balance threshold is met, when payments are posted, and more.
