UW Credit Union Opens New Branch on the Capitol Square

Madison, WI, December 6, 2006 – UW Credit Union will soon open a full-service branch at 44 Mifflin Street on Madison’s Capitol Square. This corner location on Mifflin and Pinckney Streets is convenient for anyone who lives, works, or visits Madison’s downtown. The office is expected to be open in early spring 2007, with member parking available in the adjacent parking ramp.

“Madison’s downtown has been the most frequently requested branch location in recent member surveys,” says Paul Kundert, President and CEO. “In response, we selected the best location to provide personal service throughout the week and on Saturdays. The surcharge-free ATM will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.”

This location provides convenience to anyone working or living downtown, and to area students. Other Madison locations are: 662 State Street, 1435 Monroe Street, 3500 University Avenue, 278 Junction Road, 4101 Commercial Avenue, 200 E. Broadway (Pier 37, Monona).
