UW Credit Union Opens New Branch in Middleton

Construction has begun on a new UW Credit Union full-service branch at 6750 Century Avenue in Middleton, Wisconsin. This new office, scheduled to open in fall of 2007, will be part of the Middleton Hills Retail Center and will feature prairie style architecture and environmentally friendly sustainable design to reduce waste and conserve natural resources. The new location at the corner of Frank Lloyd Wright Avenue and Century Avenue will be convenient for anyone who lives or works in the Middleton area. Personal service will be available Monday through Saturday, with on-site parking, drive-up service, and 24-hour ATMs.

“We are committed to providing our members with convenient access to our consumer friendly financial products and services,” says Paul Kundert, President and CEO. “Members have asked for another west side location, and this new development presented the perfect opportunity for us to accommodate this growing need. In addition to those who live in Middleton, members who travel from Sauk City, Waunakee, or around Lake Mendota to Madison’s north side will also find this office easily accessible for their financial needs.”

The Credit Union has previously announced plans to open an office at 44 E. Mifflin Street on Madison’s Capitol Square. That location is scheduled to open this summer, approximately five months prior to the planned opening date for the new Middleton location. Other Madison locations are: 3500 University Avenue, 662 State Street, 1435 Monroe Street, 278 Junction Road, 4101 Commercial Avenue, 200 E. Broadway (Pier 37, Monona).
