As the credit union’s 300,000th member, I can say I’m happy and proud of myself for choosing a great place to help me. I’m excited to be a part of it!

When my mom told me how well she was treated at UW Credit Union, I decided to give it a try. I walked through the door with no knowledge about managing money – you know, when you’re young and don’t know how to do things.

When I came into UW Credit Union, Julie at the New Berlin branch was able to help me all the way. She showed me how to work a credit card, how to set up and handle my accounts and how to be successful financially. I think that was pretty cool! She also helped me with a car loan. It was awesome – the process was so simple.

Julie was so ready to help me, and so open because she knew I didn’t know much coming in. She explained things in a way that made it easy for me to understand – told me everything that I had to know. She did a great job.

Since I joined UW Credit Union I feel more secure in my financial knowledge. I really appreciate all the knowledge that the credit union gave me. Julie explained, step-by-step, what I needed to do to get on solid financial ground.
