Today's paycheck (10/9) will reflect UW Credit Union's new Foundation Wage of $16 per hour.

The competitive wage, which has increased by 27 percent since 2015, supports the credit union's core values of respecting and investing in its employees through a sustainable income. The latest increase took effect on September 20th and will impact more than 120 employees.

The Foundation Wage is reviewed annually and is essential to attracting and retaining the right talent to serve a growing member base.
