Peterson Named Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer

Madison, WI – June 15, 2020 – Pam has been with UW Credit Union since 2009, providing leadership in the areas of talent acquisition, talent and organizational development, total rewards and compensation.  

In her ten years with UW Credit Union, Pam has led the organization's diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. This past fall, Pam established a new Director of DEI and welcomed Sheila Milton. Pam has also served as the executive sponsor of the Women’s Leadership Network Employee Resource Group since its inception in 2019.

Prior to UW Credit Union, Pam worked at HospiceCare (now Agrace) as VP of Employee and Volunteer Services. She also spent 16 years at Lands’ End with their Human Resources group. 

Pam just completed a master’s degree in strategic leadership at Robert Wesleyan College. A mother to two grown children, she currently resides in Mt. Horeb, WI with her husband.
