UW Credit Union Plans New Verona Branch
MADISON, WI - July 9, 2018 - UW Credit Union announces planning for a new full-service branch in Verona, Wisconsin. The location, at 651 Hometown Circle, will be the first UW Credit Union branch in Verona. The branch will serve new and existing members in the Verona area with a full suite of savings, checking and lending products, and financial services.
The continued expansion of UW Credit Union means increased convenience for the growing Verona area membership. Like the credit union’s other full-service branches, the Verona location will offer members world-class technology, including in-branch services and a range of online and mobile digital banking solutions.
“The new location will provide easy access for new and current Verona area members,” says Paul Kundert, President and CEO of UW Credit Union. “Expanding into the Verona area allows us to bring in-person financial services, state-of-the-art technology and our financial seminars to the community in a convenient location.”
Located in the retail area near Blain’s Farm & Fleet and Hometown USA Community Park, the construction process will include a plan with builder J. H. Findorff & Son, Inc., using best practices to ensure the existing structural materials are recycled with minimal waste.
"J. H. Findorff & Son, Inc. is pleased to partner with UW Credit Union,” says Aaron Zutz, project manager. “Our plan for the site will ensure that the process is done safely and efficiently, maximizing sustainable design practices that safeguard the surrounding environment.”
The new Verona branch is scheduled to open in mid-summer of 2019, increasing the number of UW Credit Union’s full-service branches to 27 locations in Wisconsin.
