UW Credit Union’s Anne Norman Named Top 40 Under 40
MADISON, WI. - April 5, 2019 - Anne Norman, senior vice president and chief marketing officer, UW Credit Union, has been announced as one of the 2019 ’40 Under 40’ young professional leaders in the greater Madison area.
Selected from over 150 applicants, the honorees are 40 of the most successful young professionals, noted for significant impact in their relatively short careers. The program is an In Business publishing initiative to seek and profile the Madison region’s emerging leaders. They represent various professional fields, including business, education, finance, non profit, manufacturing, social service and healthcare.
The 40 honorees have distinguished themselves professionally and made a commitment to being engaged in the community providing civic leadership and volunteerism, explained Paul J. Kundert, UW Credit Union President & Chief Executive Officer. “The Top 40 Award recognizes those, 40 and under, who play critical roles in the community and professional areas of their industry. We believe it’s important to honor the achievements of our young leaders. The emergence of Anne as one of these leaders is really exciting and critical to the future of UW Credit Union and the members we serve,” Kundert said.
Norman recently directed a new brand identity rollout for the credit union. The credit union interviewed hundred of members, employees and prospective members for input on its image, products and services. The market research also lead the credit union to develop a number of novel products for 2019, some technology-driven with others aimed at younger financial consumers, including millennials and high school students, first-time users.
