Program Specifics:
- Wisconsin-based properties only; preference given to owners and guarantors who are Wisconsin-based
- Building must be 100% rental units; mixed-use buildings not eligible at this time
- Loan terms, amortizations, and payment types are all customizable
- Up to 80% loan to value (LTV)
- Must be an existing building (ground-up construction not offered at this time); a minority portion of the loan can be used for improvements to the building
