The Contact Center at UW Credit Union, also called the Member Services Center, works directly with more than 1,000 members each day, providing support, answering questions and troubleshooting concerns.
Our member solutions specialists deliver positive experiences by quickly solving issues over the phone to drive member satisfaction and improve members’ financial well-being.
