³Rapid Refinance has a processing fee due at closing that varies by property location: Wisconsin $149, Illinois $495, Minnesota $795. Must be a primary residence and owner-occupied home. Maximum loan amount is $399,900 and maximum loan-to-value is 70%. Other closing costs are waived, except for the appraisal cost if required. Appraisal costs range from $400 to $800 depending on the loan amount, property type, and property location. Homeowner's insurance is required. If less than 24 months have elapsed since last Rapid Refinance, a $795 modification fee will apply.
