Madison, WI – Jan. 11, 2024 – UW Credit Union has purchased property at 1267 Capitol Drive in Pewaukee, where it plans to open a new branch in the second half of 2025.

The location currently houses a vacant restaurant, which will be razed and replaced with new construction.

The future branch will be part of a strong retail corridor, with anchor businesses like Costco, Walmart, Pick n Save and Menards.

The property is conveniently located near prime transportation corridors including Capital Drive (Hwy 190), Pewaukee Road (Alt 45) and Highway 16.

Over the past several years, UW Credit Union has been expanding its Milwaukee footprint to better serve this important part of the state.

Other pending branches include Southridge (Greenfield), opening in March; Oconomowoc and Monona (along Cottage Grove Road), opening in fall 2024; and Milwaukee (North Ave.) and Stevens Point (replacing existing location) in 2025.
