Madison – April 15, 2024 – We apologize to any members who experienced a delay in the use of Web Branch.

Late last week, UW Credit Union experienced an unexpected technology disruption related to planned work with its digital banking systems in connection with the relocation of our new corporate headquarters.

The brief disruption prevented some members from accessing a few primary banking functions, including debit and credit card activation and Zelle access. It also impacted members logging in from outside of the US.

Fortunately, our call center, branches and ATMs remained available throughout.

We are happy to report that those issues have been resolved and systems are fully operational.

We encourage members to reach out to us if they encounter any ongoing delays so we can assist them directly.
